Mixed Media – Textured Terrain with Stitch

Stained Glass Workshop – Leading and Copper Foiling

A two-day course with stained glass artist and experienced tutor Sarah Glover. Make a lovely stained glass panel to your own design. You will learn how to design a panel, select and cut glass, and cut and solder lead. There is also the option of copper foiling your panel instead of using lead.

Sketching - Pen, Line and Wash

On this course you will learn how to use pen and watercolour wash to produce expressive, loose sketches of landscapes and architecture. Using photographs and sketching outside (weather permitting) you will be shown how to use the pen both before and after the watercolour wash. Make a lovely stained glass panel which can be hung in a window. On this introductory course each student will learn how to cut class using a cutline template, cut and fit lead and solder the panel together. Beware – this one-day course could be the start of a new, all-consuming hobby!
